GB2RS MT63 mode terminates

The Radio Society of Great Britain's GB2RS team confirm that the GB2RS Digital News, which uses the MT63 mode, terminates after this week's transmissions on 3600kHz at 20.15 hours and on 1840kHz at 20.45 hours.

Since the announcement two weeks ago only two messages have been received from current users of this facility.

However experimental transmissions will be made from time to time on 5279kHz as part of the ongoing 5MHz Experiment.

They would like to take this opportunity to thank the small band of radio amateurs who have been involved in preparing the data and making these transmissions over the last five years.
