The Middle Atlantic F.M. and Repeater Council meeting

The long awaited, much delayed T-MARC general membership meeting is scheduled for Sunday, November 4, at 1:00PM at the Historical Electronics Museum in Linthicum, MD. Map is linked with this notice.

Please review the T-MARC web page at http://www.tmarc.org. for the following information before attending the meeting.

2. Your name is not on the list of people we have not heard from in a while The List

3. Review the policies and procedures section on the web page for voting and by-law information.

E-mail us at http://www.tmarc.org/emailus.html to let us know whether or not you will be able to attend, how many will be attending, and any formation that needs to be updated in the database.

We request that no more that 2 representatives from each member organization attend this meeting.

Note: dues will not be collected at this meeting.

The agenda for this meeting is as follows,

· Corrections to the T-MARC database

· Treasury report

· Election of officers

· Discussion of actions to be taken on inactive and/or uncoordinated repeaters and currently open and/or unresolved coordination issues.

· Schedule the location, date and time of the next general membership meeting.
