The AMSAT Board of Directors approved the following Officers at the Board of Directors meeting in Atlanta on 23 October 2008.

Vice President of Operations: Drew Glasbrenner, KO4MA
Vice President of User Services: Gould Smith, WA4SXM
Treasurer: Gunther Meisse, W8GSM
Secretary/VP Special Projects: Lee McLamb, KU4OS
Manager: Martha Saragovitz
Vice President Human Spaceflight: Frank Bauer, KA3HDO
