Caribbean Tour

Operators Mek SP7VC, Tadeusz SP3IPB and Aga SQ3WN (YL)
will be sailing throughout the Caribbean between October 17th and November 15th.

They will be sailing on a 40 foot yacht, and they plan on visiting some DXCC entities. This is a tourist trip, but they intend to be active on the HAM bands from various places.

They will start at the British Virgin Island as VP2V/homecall. There they plan to participate in the CQWW DX SSB Contest from VP2V-land on all bands.

On October 27th, they will then start to travel, beginning with Anguilla (VP2E), then Saba (PJ5), Saint Martin (FS), St.Marteen (PJ7), St. Eustatius (PJ6), Saint Barthelemy (FJ), St. Kitts & Nevis (V4), Antigua (V2), Montserrat (VP2M), Guadeloupe (FG), Dominica (J7) and Martinique (FM).

However, they will not operate from VP2E or V4, but they plan to activate the other places on the HF bands if it's at all possible.

The team will be using TS-50, IC-706 MKIIG, PA - MLA 1200 (700W), vertical R-7 (40-10m), inverted L (160-80m).
