The LZ DX ContestThe LZ DX Contest is organized annually by the Bulgarian Federation of Radio Amateurs the week before the last full weekend of November from 12.00 UTC on Saturday till 12.00 UTC on Sunday, i.e. during the weekend before the CQ Worldwide CW Contest weekend. This year the dates are November 22 and 23. Bands and modes: Categories: B - Single Operator / Multi Bands / CW; C - Single Operator / Multi Bands / SSB; D - Single Operator / Single Band / Mixed; E - Multi Operators / Multi Bands / Single Transmitter / Mixed; F - Single Operator / Multi Bands / Mixed / QRP (maximum 10 watts) G - SWL. Low power (maximum 100 watts output) entrants will be marked (*) sign in the final results. Bulgarian stations are listed separately from foreign entrants. Exchange: Points: 1 point for each QSO with the same continent (own country included). SWL points: Multiplier: Final score: Paper logs: Electronic logs: Awards: LZ4CA Memorial Cup (by LZ2CJ) for No. 1 LZ station in Single Operator / Multi Bands / CW category (B); LZ2EV Memorial Plaque (by LZ3SM and LZ3FN) for No. 1 NON LZ station in Single Operator / Multi Bands / CW (B). Special plaque will be awarded to top score from Asia, sponsored by LZ3SM. The LZ DX Contest has gained world wide popularity over the years attracting a great number of participants from all continents! You are welcome to enjoy the great operating fun!
