Name change for Canadian Amateur Radio Emergency Database

The Radio Amateurs of Canada's Canadian Amateur Radio Emergency Database, or 'CARED', which was announced some months ago in The Canadian Amateur (TCA) magazine and more recently through a RAC Bulletin, has been changed in name to the National Amateur Radio Emergency Database, or 'NARED'.

This change was made in order to avoid possible confusion with another Amateur Radio-related list that uses the "CARED" acronym for a database unrelated to emergency communications.
