Black Isle VHF Repeater returns to service

After an off-air period of almost two years, the Black Isle VHF Repeater, GB3BI, was returned to service on Sunday 18 October.

The repeater is now located on a private site at 417m asl, approximately ten miles South of Nairn on the Moray Coast.

The Chairman and Committee of the Black Isle Repeater Group wish to convey their sincere thanks to Cawdor Estate and, in particular, to both Lord Cawdor and Angus McNicol, the Estate Factor, for all their help and accommodation towards the relocation of this repeater.

All enquiries and or signal reports should be directed to Steve Scanlain, GM1VAD via e-mail to raynet.control <at> btinternet.com or by phone or text message to 07900 960478
