Delay in processing CRB checks for amateur radio examination volunteers

RSGB News reports that "due to administrative problems at the RSGB, there has been a delay in processing CRB checks for amateur radio examination volunteers."

They say "Of those instructors affected, almost all the references are in and all the CRB checks have been applied for. Quite a lot have been cleared and the people concerned have been informed and are now re-registered. If you have not received a new welcome pack then we are still awaiting your CRB clearance, although it won't be too long now before you are back on the register.

"The RSGB would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding. This was an unfortunate incident and should not occur in the future."
