HE8S - World Scout BureauThe amateur radio station of the World Scout Bureau was active from Geneva on all short-wave and VHF bands during the JOTA weekend with the Bureau’s call sign HE8S. On the Sunday afternoon, Secretary General Luc Panissod gave the closing speech that was transmitted over shortwave and entered into a live contact with J5S at the Scout HQ in Guinea Bissau.
