As preparation for an ARISS contact, the UBA section AAA built its portable groundstation ON7RT in Sint Michielscollege at Brasschaat on Thursday September 17, 2009.
The ARISS contact has been planned for Wednesday October 7, 2009 - 10.21 UTC (12.21 CEST).
The satellite tracking antenna system is the club's portable groundstation with two helical (lhcp) UHF antenna's and two VHF yagi's 5.20 meter long, each 15 dB gain.
Optionally micro-wave antenna's has not been installed.
VHF and UHF combination have been installed for AO51 tests on the site.
