Sweden withdraws polluting PLT equipment

A CEPT Electronic Communications Committee (ECC) report notes that Sweden has removed from the market some of the Powerline Networking equipment (PLC/PLT) that pollutes the radio spectrum.

The 54th meeting of the CEPT Working Group (WG) Spectrum Engineering (SE) in Bordeaux covered recent developments of the harmonised emission standard for IT equipment EN55022.

Input documents to the WG SE Meeting 54 in Bordeaux can be found by following these steps:

1. Go to the ECO (formerly ERO) home page http://www.ero.dk/
2. Under 'ECC Activities' select 'ECO Meeting Documents'
3. In 'Select Group: ' select 'SE Working Group'
4. In 'Select Year: ' select '2009'
5. Expand #54-0709-Bordeaux
6. Expand 'Input'
7. Tick all the documents you wish to download
8. Click on the 'download Selected' button (top right)
