April 20, 2003, to November 28, 2003.

An update to this operation has been received and the DXCC approval dates are now from April 20, 2003, through January 9, 2004.

If you had this operation rejected due to this date issue you can fix it in one of two ways:

1) Send an email to dxcc@arrl.org
2) Select it in your next LogBook of The World application as logs will soon be uploaded.
