The following is a press release issued by IRESC

Dear Synergenics, LLC and Jonathan Taylor
and
whom it may concern.
Greetings:
Regarding the IRESC Webpage and Echolink has been illegally taken over by former revoked IRESC Officers who at one time had been authorized to be the trustee and operations of the webpage and Echolink.
Said Revoked "IRESC Officers" have illegally put press releases and refuse to let the proper legally entitled IRESC Officers and Members continued with said Echolink node # 278173 and the www.iresc.org page.
We the Senior IRESC Management are addressing this issue at this time.
IRESC is a duty registered nonprofit organization that has legal standing in the State of Colorado, United States of America and have name and trade mark protection.
(This is also recognized internationally.)
We have in the past contacted Echolink and been told that that do not get involved in politics. This is now a legal matter and IRESC hereby states the following:
We have legal protection in our name and trademark.
Echolink is hereby put on official notice to the following:
IRESC name is currently in use on Echolink node # 278173 illegally. The past former IRESC Officer who was authorized in the past to be “Trustee” for the Echolink is no longer authorized to do so and at this time continue his conduct illegally.

Therefore we hereby request that the IRESC node number 278173 be given back to its proper legal entity which is IRESC located in the State of Colorado, USA as stated above. (Salvatore Torres, W0SCT)
At this present time for Emergency communication the present legal IRESC Officers and members are locked out of the Echolink node # 278173.
We do state in advance that Echolink does not have to give anyone their server and has the obsolete right and power to do what they may see fit. But we pray and hope that Echolink and any other organazations would not tolerate or allow any illegal conduct and operation of said server on their systems after the above stated.
There were only 5 persons revoked and all other 36 countries officers and members are still active and now without a system due to the above stated.
We hope you honor what is right and keep the node and allow proper legal operation as allowed in the interest of all concerned. It’s like letting someone use the “Echolink “and “Synergenics, LLC” or any other name without proper right and authority.
In addition if you disagree with our contentions respectfully, we have to seek legal protection and we will file a motion for legal remedy in the States of Colorado, Connecticut and possibly New York according to our records at this time.
