Satellite demos - CaliforniaAMSAT area coordinator Clint Bradford, K6LCS, will be demo-ing working a ham radio satellite with a handheld radio at the upcoming Southern California Fair in Perris, CA. And later in the month, he will be giving his satellite presentation at PACIFICON - the ARRL Pacific Division convention in San Ramon, CA. "We have a great pass of AO-51 at 4:54PM PDT on Sunday, October 10 - the opening weekend of the Fair," Clint reports. "You can't miss the Ham Radio Booth - it's right inside the Main Gate on your left." PACIFICON is back after a year's hiatus. Again sponsored by the Mount Diablo Amateur Radio Club. Clint's presentation is at 10AM Saturday, October 16.
