ITV4 to launch in the UK on 1 NovemberThe newest channel to be operated by UK commercial broadcaster ITV will launch on Tuesday 1 November 2005 at 1800 UTC on the digital satellite and Freeview terrestrial platforms. ITV4 will operate from 1800 daily. In 2006 the daytime service from the children's channel CITV will be
launched on the same transponder but with its own allocation on the Electronic
