Tirupathi Special Event Station - AT7LEOLions Clubs International - Ham Radio Club Station - VU2LCI on invitation from Lions Club of Tirupathi have prepared to put up Special Event Station with Special Callsign AT7LEO denoting Amateur Radio Station on Seven Hills (Commonly called) where the Worlds Richest Temple "Tirumalai" is on top - The World Famous god Lord Venkateshwara. Government of India, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology has allocated this Special Call Sign for Special Event vide their Registered Letter No. L-14011/640/2006-AMT dated 5th Sep 2006 for temporary operation from 15th September 2006 to 21st September 2006.
