Jack Gerritsen's sentencing

Hello everyone,

Well, it looks like the time has come for Jack Gerritsen's sentencing (in his Federal Case) will finally be given to him.

Remember, Jack Gerritsen, the former KG6IRO, has been in Federal custody since being found guilty in December, 2005.

Per the USDA Lamar Baker, (as of 09-12-06 at 6:00 P.M.) Jack's sentencing will be heard this coming MONDAY, Sept. 18, 2006 at 1:30 P.M. (1330 hrs for you military personnel). Yes, this is a different time than originally given. This will be the first matter after the court's recess.

The court is :
Roybal Federal Court
255 E Temple Street, Los Angeles, California
in Room 850 on the 8th floor.

When you do go to court, you should get there prior to that time, as I believe this Judge will be starting right at 1:30 P.M. Give yourself time for parking and getting into the courtroom.
