Foundation holders in Belgium get 10 metres

Since August 17th Belgium ON3 Foundation licence holders have been permitted to use the 10 metre band.

The Belgium Foundation licence permits 10 watts on HF/6m
and 50 watts on 2 metres/70cm.

It is expected that UK Foundation holders will get 10m on October 1st.
