Pirate Radio Seminar

In Oakland, California, Stephen Dunifer's goal is to create
pirate FM stations faster than the FCC can shut them down.

The following article describes a recent four day seminar
in which participants built their own FM transmitters and learned ways to avoid the FCC.

According to Dunifer, "We’re not stealing anything. We’re claiming something [spectrum] that’s rightfully ours."
