New radio history articles on BBC Engineering website

Mike Barrraclough has spotted that the BBC have recently added several new articles to their Engineering website.

Among them is an item on the Skelton Transmitting Station which broadcast on Short Wave for over half a century from 1942 to 1998.

Another addition to the site are early issues of Eng Inf, a quarterly newsletter for BBC Engineering staff produced between 1980 and 1993.

There is also an updated version of the Development of the BBC AM Transmitter Network, which includes full listings of the 1926 Geneva and 1929 Prague plan.
