Australian Radiofrequency Spectrum Plan 2009

The draft Australian spectrum plan which is available on the ACMA website incoroprates an Amateur Radio allocation at
136 kHz.

The consultation on the draft plan by the Australian Communications and Media Agency (ACMA) closes on Friday 3 October and will be implemented on 1 January 2009.

Amateur operation from 135.7-137.8 kHz with a power limit of 1 watt EIRP would be permitted.
