Crown Recognised Spectrum Access in 3400 to 3600 MHz band

On Friday the UK regulator Ofcom published proposals to enable granting of Recognised Spectrum Access in the 3400 to 3600 MHz band which is managed and used by the Ministry of Defence (MoD)

These proposals should enable the MoD to trade spectrum as part of its plans to release parts of the band to the market.
