Ofcom - Simplifying spectrum trading

On Tuesday the UK regulator Ofcom published proposals to simplify and streamline the spectrum trading process to make it more efficient and introduce spectrum leasing.

The consultation will be of particular interest to spectrum 'band managers' or those interested in becoming band managers.
