Phillip, ZL2TZE, reports that 'Emma', ZL5SP, is again operating CW on 40m and claiming to be in ZL5 Antarctica.

He states, "It's the winter there at the moment, 24/7 darkness and it is highly unlikely that any workable propagation from ZL5 would be happening now, maybe in 2 or 3 months when their summer comes around.

He adds "There is no ZL5SP in 'SMART' which is the ZL Radio Frequency Service database where all callsigns are recorded. There is also no record held by NZART our National body..."
