Aberdeen D-Star Group

The new home for information about Aberdeenshire’s D-Star activity, local repeaters & local nodes covering the progress and work behind the GB7GD D-Star repeater located in Aberdeenshire. We also hope it will become a collection of information relevant to the UK D-Star Network.

GB7GD became operation on 27th July 2008. The system is located in Aberdeen.

The system is funded and operated by a group of amateurs in Aberdeen with Jim GM0MYQ being the NOV holder. The group are independent of the other Scottish D-star repeater groups GB7DE, GB7DG, GB7DW and GB7DD, but work closely together.

Port C - 145.6875MHz with a 600khz - shift

GB7GD has a D-Star Gateway attached to the internet.

The new website address is
http://aberdeend-stargroup.grouply.com

And we look foward to welcoming new members to our group

Thank you

James Frati, GM0MYQ
NOV Holder for GB7GD Aberdeen

Special thanks go to 2M0XGP (Gordon) who put the site together for us. Many thanks
