Hannes Coetzee, ZS6BZP reports that two big sunspots are rotating towards Earth.
Sunspot 1 271 has developed a "beta-gamma-delta" magnetic field that harbours energy for X-class flares.
The Solar activity is expected to be at low to moderately low levels.
For the people doing their own frequency predictions the expected effective sunspot number for the week will be less than 35.
20 m will provide the best DX opportunities with some 15 m openings also possible in the afternoons.
